Our focus is training and development, we will provide specialised on the job training from industry professionals from an entry level position to ensure the right candidates have the necessary tools and skills to be successful in the role.

THE ROLE

Felix Young will provide training in the following areas to become an expert in the sales industry:

· Sales and Marketing Strategies through various face-to-face interactions in B2B or B2C markets

· Customer Service and Promotions

· Public Speaking

· Tracking Sales and KPI’s

· Collateral and Inventory Management

· Administration and Human Resources

This is a position that once trained you will be supporting the Sales and Marketing Manager to ensure clients budgets and growth are met while driving outstanding results.

DEVELOPMENT PHASES:

Phase 1:Entry Level Sales and Marketing Representative

Phase 2:Sales Trainer

Phase 3:Sales Team Leader ( manage 5-8 employees)

Phase 4:Executive Sales and Marketing Manager (managing 10-12

employees)

Phase 5:Senior Sales and Marketing Manager (managing the client, budgets, 20-30 employees)

Minimum Requirements:

· Minimum age Requirement 18
