Karen Langford is a Hypnotherapist certified with the American Board of Hypnotherapy and holds a Bachelor of Metaphysical Science with the University of Sedona. After healing herself of high anxiety, unexplained fears and phobias, mild addictions and depression, she now offers the process of Hypno/Re-birthing.

Hypno/Rebirthing is the combination of hypnotherapy and regression therapy and offers clients a process to identify and release these conditions naturally and effectively. Karen began offering Regression Therapy in Hawaii in 1994 and offers over 20 years experience in Australia and the US.

I have designed a natural, alternative process to assist clients to let go of anxiety, blocks, addictions, depression and negative emotional or relationship patterning.

The process combines hypnotherapy, regression therapy, breath work and trigger-point therapies. This allows us to address not only the mental and emotional effects of trauma and abuse but may also allow you to release the physical effects as well.

It is a gentle, safe and supportive way to release any negative emotional patterns that may have resulted from traumatic events resulting from childhood abuse, accidents, unexpressed sorrow from death of a loved one or loss of a relationship. This is done by accessing the sub-conscious mind to go to the core issue of the present conditions and heal the effects of the past trauma.

The benefits of re-birthing in this way are profound. This allows you to experience increased joy, peace, confidence and deeper intimacy in your relationships.
